Ingredients: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup whipped cream. Green food coloring. Rainbow sprinkles. Gold chocolate coins for garnish.
Instructions: To make the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix sugar, vanilla extract, and cream cheese in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the whipped cream and mix it in well. To get the color you want, add a few drops of green food coloring. Put the crust mixture in a serving glass first, then the cream cheese mixture. Do this process again and again until the glasses are full. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours. Add rainbow sprinkles and gold chocolate coins on top before serving.
