I’m transfem and I’m yet to have a single experience with a trans guy that’s gone even remotely like that. So long as you’re willing to accept that trans*phobia* affects both parties in different ways then they’re completely chill. If the government hired you to assassinate my family in order to escape poverty I’d probably blame both of you, but that’s because I’m an extremely biased party and thus (understandably) wouldn’t be acting rationally; and even then, I think it would still primarily be the government I’d be upset at. Expecting you to stay in bad living conditions in the name of strangers you’ve never heard of, or met before would be an unfair ask.
