How long did it take you to lose 100lbs? What's your work out routine like?

It took me about 6 months! I usually walk a couple miles in the morning and then 3 or 4 days a week I do 30 to 45 min of cardiovascular at the gym. The opposite days I do weight training

330lbs –> 185lbs Size 30 pants –> size 10/12 Size 3/4XL –> size M/L BMI 52 –> 29

Tomorrow is my 14 month RNY surgiversary and I figured I’d post a little update today. It’s been about 16 months since I started my weight loss journey, and I’ve lost 145lbs. I have so much more energy, more confidence, and am a way better mom than I was at 330lbs.

I still have another 30 or so pounds till I reach my goal, but I’m pretty happy where I am now and my progress. 💕💕
