I’m avoiding alcohol for the foreseeable future but I’m realizing that while I definitely have an untreated addiction to alcohol a lot of it comes from the fact that I literally just need to have a beverage at all times and so I inevitably overdo it when I’m in an alcohol setting and now that no beverage I consume will have alcohol in it until probably October (I want to have one single Guinness in Ireland. and maybe wine w dinner to be fancy. leave me alone) I can just have unlimited beverages bc I’m not in danger of getting drunk but like. what is the cap for regular beverages. how much coconut water will Hurt me
