i have also been hurt by people with NPD and BPD. i have BPD myself. to say all cluster b people are abusers inherently, due to your own experience alone, is bad data at best and downright ableist at worst.

abuse is abuse no matter who is doing it and calling an entire kind of harm (emotional abuse) "Narc abuse" STOPS PEOPLE FROM BEING ABLE TO EXPRESS THE HARM THATS BEEN DONE TO THEM. this is why i hate the term narc abuse. its spreading misinformation about something that can KILL people btw.

I think it’s easily confused with normal boredom when it’s actually more like chronic under-stimulation.

​It’s not "I’m bored. Oh, same bro."

It’s a painful, awfully restless boredom. To me, the search for stimulation is so deep; I’m always seeking, testing, trying, because if I don’t, everything its way too dull. It feels like dying.

​Doing nothing is the equivalent of asking a hyperactive and restless person to sit still for hours. But the problem is also that, somehow, nothing is ever enough ?

Whatever I do, even if I find thrilling stuff, the feeling disappears as fast as it came. I’ll be excited for a few minutes, maybe, but it lasts only as long as the activity itself, or it dies right in the middle of it. The worst part is when you get used to something and it doesn’t do shit for you anymore.

The third time is already pointless.

we're going to hear those words being thrown around a lot over the next few years. more than we already do, which is not an insubstantial amount. i want you to remember that you are not monsters, or fascists, or scum.

as more and more people throw around diagnoses they do not care to understand and words that they do not see as harmful, i want you all to remember that you are not alone and that the entire world is not against you.

there are people out there who care and understand and are not afraid. you are not alone, and you are not unloved.

dont let them make you fearful of yourself, you deserve so much better than that.

Id just like to say, sometimes thinking too hard can end up making you question everything. Sometimes desperately looking for ANYTHING to explain your experience can make you convince yourself of symptoms that aren't there or even develop them. Doesn't always mean you're wrong, doesn't mean you're "faking", most certainly doesn't mean anyone should be invalidated or "fakeclaimed" when they relate to a certain diagnosis or label. As long as they're not perpetuating stigma and misinformation, please leave people be.

We're complicated beings. Sometimes you find a narrative that you connect to in the moment and then later it turns out it was something else entirely. It happens. That's why it's important to talk to a professional if you can and not to talk over those who ARE professionally diagnosed with something you suspect you have.

Jeff Bezos has final cut rights. It is gonna be so so bad. The man is untouchable. I know a guy who knows a gal who knows someone who did lighting work on the production and they said it was a nightmare on set. Bezos insisted on so many script changes. He is sending them to space in one of his rockets! Apparently he insisted on driving the Bentley whenever he wanted and laughed like a maniac when he forgot what side of the road he was supposed to be on.

Rumor on the streets in Seattle is he keeping David and Michael hostage. Sure he let David out for the Scottish BAFTAS but that is just to keep up appearances. My friend's aunt's dogwalkers boyfriend said he saw our boys at Amazon headquarters. Bezos is keeping them in the Spheres and charging admission for BezosCon. It is so bad. At night, he makes the guys act out his original skits. With southern accents.
