By specialising in fire magic Olruggio is probably inventing so many forbidden spells by accident. Like, he was working on a spell that would turn wood into charcoal instantly which would save time, manpower and minimize pollution. But his genius ass created a spell that was basically a carbon monoxide bomb instead. Good thing he's the Watchful Eye so he can just destroy the evidence.
