Wax wasn't sure about marrying Steris. Fortunately, he has a best friend who can sort out things like these with a water reservoir crashing on your wedding chapel.  For my next picture, I may need to learn to draw guns… maybe.

I’m at the beginning of The Lost Metal, (or, as I thought for the longest time while listening to American podcasts, the Last Medal), so please no spoilers. I already know it will be bad, thanks a lot, weird Instagram person.

Quick sketches of some interactions these two would probably have!

I can see Wayne initially being so confused and annoyed at Spook's slang. But then giving it a go and suddenly being fluent without realizing it. (Putting on Spook's blindfold would help.) Give them like 5 seconds and they'd bond instantly, I'm sure.

I'm betting Wayne would see himself in Spook, especially when it comes to their own self worth/own image of their usefulness. Wayne is a bit better at hiding it, however. Wayne would want to encourage Spook and show him that he's enough and that his friends care about him. (Probably how Wax did the same for him.)

Spook would see how easily Wayne can sneak into things and once again find another sneaky mentor to follow.
