If you know that chores need to get done, and there's a high likelihood that you won't get praise or acknowledgement after doing them, would you still have the motivation to do them?

For example, the trash cans around your house are overflowing. You take them out. Your Dom doesn't tell you you did a good job or something similar.

I guess this also comes down to if praise is a big part of your dynamic, as well. For me, praise is a bit part of my submission, but also doing things for my Dom without being told also gives me a rush.

A few nights ago, I had one of the hottest dreams I've ever had. I was in an office (cubicles, etc.), and all of a sudden, this woman broke in and was trying to steal money, supplies, etc. Others hand over money, computers, etc. While I drop to my knees and start kissing her open-toed black high heels. I then move to kissing the top of her feet and her toes (painted black). Suddenly, it switches to me kissing her hands, fingers, fingertips, and nail beds (her nails are long almond shapes, painted black).

This woman, whose face I never see, laughs and tells me I'm pathetic. But she also tells me to keep going. She tells me I'm being such a good boy for her. She wants me to submit to her.

I had to force myself awake for obvious reasons, but it stuck with me for days. It still lingers in my mind now. I sat awake, rock hard and throbbing, for what seemed like hours.
