Thanks! I'm glad people are into the concept too lol, I got into the idea cause I really like roleswap AUs but wanted to do something different from the usual Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Daisy swap. Not to mention I haven't really seen Bowser in a different role, and I think it's fun to figure out how to swap the heroes and villains while trying to stay fairly in character
If you're asking if there are any other characters getting switched around, I won't be swapping anyone other than the bros, Peach, and Bowser (although I might make some hypothetical designs for fun if I ever find time/inspiration). I'm sticking to the core four mainly because I wanted to play around with how their backstories and motivations would change, and see how the games could play out differently in response (i.e. what happens to Junior and the Koopalings in this AU, which I'll hopefully get to soon once I find more time between classes and other WIPs I am very tired lol)
I'd rather just focus on them without having to worry about everyone else, cause I've been trying to do the same with a Ratchet and Clank roleswap AU where I'm swapping like 10+ characters, and that's turning out to be a logisitcal nightmare with how much I'm having to rearrange plot threads to make something even close to coherent lmao
