minor tvl spoilers under the cut (detail break downs!)
So first of all, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
ok now that's out of my system here are a few things I noticed:
the brand on the back is immortal properties (fun reference to the immortal universe?) and it's by Thomas Pitt which might be a reference to the 1994 movie (Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt)
The name Dracula's Daughter (obviously named after the movie) might be a book reference to QOTD where Marius visits a vampire bar called Dracula's Daughter (also, didn't amc make vampons at one point?)
Fun little reference to one of my favourite little scenes! S1E2 - "Rome? Rome Italy?" "Would you prefer Rome Wisconsin?"
This pops up for a second during the lift scene. I don't know what the relevance of this is other than that it's a vodka bottle (A little draining both ways?) but I like that it's vampire themed
I have joked with my friends that seeing as vampires can't grow their hair Lestat must've been cutting it himself every evening in New Orleans, hence the occasionally questionable bob. Obviously that's not the way they went but I feel very vindicated for having noticed the discrepancy (obvi not saying I'm the only one, just that I noticed it on my own).
Honorable mentions/random stuff:
• Lestat talking about Labubus took me OUT
• The narration style is perfect and really reminds me of the books, and it's FUNNY
• I NEED black liquorice on spotify
• THE TEXTING OMG THE TEXTING
• I think Lestat's "death" must be the Gobi desert situation, I'm wondering if the recording is basically a suicide note...
• Ah Armand and Louis :00 what happened to them (Akasha probably but still)
• Somehow more piss than I expected (dnp would be proud)
• The Taylor Swift reference?!?!!!!!!!?
• His shirt changes colour randomly in the halloween scene? (It's orange when he's by the sofa, then back to black when he answers the door?)
• He's also The Cuntessa?!?
• I really love the flashes from the past seasons
• Are Daniel and Fareed... ? Good for them
• I refuse to believe that he never had the inside of the ticket pocket embroidered sorry not sorry
