i think the “i acknowledge ashley played an active game but she still didn’t deserve to win next to the guy who consistently played himself into worse positions each week” takes are more obnoxious & condescending than the people who straight up think ashley did nothing like she purposefully used a persona to skew people’s perception of her like ian, steve, dan, she used the exact same strategy as them down to picking a persona that people would find “weak” & even slightly annoying so that she isn’t considered too likable & taken out early jury, but somehow her doing exactly what several winners have done is not deserving because….what, you found her annoying? get real.
