you think having one of the most common names in america i wouldn't encounter this issue. but i do. all the time. work emails, realtor's office, you name it. i've seen my name spelled wrong so so many times. even my aunt, who's known my all nearly 36 years of my life puts an o at the end of my name instead of an a.
