I hope this isn’t strange but I just wanted to say thank you. When I was 11 I stumbled across your hri au and immediately fell in love & because of that I started writing on my own. I’m 18 now and a short film I wrote is premiering at a film festival in New York this fall & I seriously have you to thank for inspiring me lol

I’m honored my lil au from way back when inspired you sm and that you’ve been able to accomplish such an amazing milestone for a career.
I forget how many ppl knew about my au and I interacted with them bc it’s been so long since I made it and I’ve moved on because of life and other interests. But the impact it had on a lot of you guys always comes back to me and i get an ask in my inbox talking about it (I don’t answer many of them but trust i do see them<3) and it warms my heart to know my little ducktales project impacted people and pushed them into their creative endeavors.
7 years is a long time like omg that was 2019 and i was 17 then pls LMAO time is not real??? But through all that time it’s so crazy how much my lil au has stuck with you and I’m so insanely happy you’ve been given such an amazing opportunity to have a short film of yours at a film festival.
