Some of you faced the Absolute with the most powerful weapons, others decided to bring a charcuterie board to a fight with a giant brain.

Speaking of weapons, you’ve been very skilled at finding the rarer ones in the game. Shout out to the folk who willingly wielded the rusty Poo-Scraper in Act 3.

For some of you, the strategy has been getting the entire party pissed before entering combat. Bottoms up for Drunken Master Monks, we suspect you are partially to blame for these.

i can answer that!! to start it off ill first say this; Objoys cannot "grow up", at least not in the way we do. that's why they say "Are you still in your capsule? Come out already." instead of "Are you 6? Grow up Already." which i personally find pretty funny.

Anyways

their life starts like this: a capsule falls from a large sparkly cloud (not any normal cloud! that way it indicates it can create objoys.) into a facility built underneath, a capsule's size can be huge, medium or tiny that indicates the objoy's supposed size once they develop their body (which somehow is already decided from the start). inside the capsule, they are in their object form. Very tiny. they can be seen inside the translucent sparkly goop inside the capsule and they Can See the outside world from the capsule window. they take time to develop their physical body from 2 to 11 years. (a year in obworld is 5 months on earth. useless info but anyway) to them, the Facility is like a "School" and the employees get to transport and show the capsules around the place and teach them the basics about life and how things work in their planet, etc. objoys in capsules cannot talk or do anything, they only hear and observe. before they come out, you can see a very bright light shining from inside the capsule, and the capsule immediately opens once their transformation is done. and then, Objoy has been born!! As a full adult. and they can go find a job now.

how they die? its pretty simple And complicated to explain, so i quickly doodled some things. i hope they make things a bit clearer

Most of the time I have a general idea of what I want them to convey in "Walker dialogue" and then filter it through their particular vocabulary, cadence, and other quirks that I mentally assigned them.

Mewtwo, for example, uses almost no contraction, tends towards blunt drama, and has very precise, formal word choices that leans towards themes of science, biology, and philosophy, and it doesn't like asking humans questions

Blue is accusatory, lecturing, FULL of questions; Leaf has very straightforward "Walker dialogue" because I need her world view to come across more clearly; and Red is restricted by his means of communication and how much he felt like talking atp. For all three kids I try to make them come off as someone who understands bigger concepts than they have the words for
