I haven't seen this on Tumblr yet so posting this as a warning to fellow animation folx, especially those in Canada! The account nicodaboy_doc on Twitter has collected dozens of pages of allegations, incidents, and evidence about this guy, nicodaboy:

Allegations against him range from general unprofessionalism all the way up to sexual harassment and assault and they are NUMEROUS. A dozen women have come forward to give detailed accounts with receipts, including one who was a minor at the time. These are viewable in their compiled evidence doc. Nicodaboy initially tried to threaten victims into silence and asked his Close Friends to "keep this private". Now that all these receipts are publicly available, it seems nicodaboy changed tactics and is trying to DARVO his victims instead.

Nicodaboy has posted a video, and claimed this is just bullying from art school (even though he's an adult working in the industry, and even though women involved have identified themselves and they're not his classmates or even his age). Even if these accusations of bullying were true, how would school bullying explain nicodaboy allegedly:

sending extremely sexual messages to women out of nowhere, including insisting that a married woman should 'fuck him no issue' since he 'gives her attention'

sending inappropriate private messages to a minor (telling her to send him pictures, hitting on her, talking about her lips, body, etc.)

repeatedly ignoring a woman's "no" and then publicly humiliating her about the sex acts he pressured her into

acting so creepy to so many women at LBX that people were able to identify him from descriptions of his creepiness before anyone had even said his name

etc.

There are way more allegations and countless screenshots of conversations with nicodaboy in the compiled evidence doc.

Nicodaboy aka Martin Saltos claims he is currently working for @sonyanimation and is based in Toronto. If you work in animation, especially in Canada, please be careful of this guy! Protect yourself and do not be alone with him. If you've witnessed these harassing behaviors, please speak up. Do not let this creep be our missing stair.
