Actually i really like the idea of kamenrider au Amity being a rider and when she henshins she's, like. Normal human size + shape. It's the most human she's looked in years. And she can only hold the form for, like, a few minutes before it gets too painful/dangerous, so it's her clinging to this vague silhouetted remnant of her humanity before she's dragged out of it. And crucially villains are always like "ha, you're about to exit rider form and turn into a weak squishy human, I will shoot you with a gun" and then the armour vanishes and she's an 8ft tall spiked rat with a tail that can crack concrete who can hack computers with her mind and she immediately shrugs off 3 gunshots and flattens them

One of the most awesome things when you get a comment on something is replying to the comment because 1. engaging with other fans and 2. makes it look like you got two comments. That's more comment per comment. I was going to say "It's like Men Man, the man with the power of two men", but 1. that's an inside joke between me and my brother that nobody else gets and 2. I'm fairly sure that Men Man had the power of 1.2 to 1.5 men, as opposed to Man Man, the man with the power of a man because he got bitten by some guy
It's also awesome to make a pretty relatable post and then immediately make it unrebloggable by adding some . sorry i got dizzy because I was going to call Men Man "inane bullshit" and got yelled at. by adding some fun additional details that completely derail the point of the post

look i WISH more horror movies were just the directors thinly disguised fetish. instead we got all these horror movies that are just undisguised reflections of culturally hegemonic values and anxieties. like if we got some weird fetishes up in here it would probably add some variety thats all im saying.

Idk if you use Twitter but people have come up with a joke character named Krego who’s supposedly Kuuga’s secondary rider and it’s funny to imagine because like imagine Godai and Ichijou having a gay little moment and Krego is in the background. Like look out there’s yaoi in front of you.

Every KR season I watch at some point I have the thought of "wow. heroes burdened with power trying to protect people and fight for the truth. just like amity my big rat amity". and if i get around to my-th I feel like it'll be unavoidable. ohhh you know who else is a biiiiig big big rodent doing heroics. her
summary of amity in various kr seasons i've watched/am watching. light spoilers for ryuki kuuga kabuto agito and ooo
ryuki - everyone assumes she's a mirror monster or some kind of especially fucked up rider until someone asks shiro kanzaki "what's up with the big rat" and he says "the what". shinji is almost instantly unbelievably trusting of her after she saves his life. shiro is salivating at the thought of recruiting her for the rider war because of how desperately she wishes to be fully human again, but never succeeds because she avoids mirrors like the plague. she ends up working at the ORE journal after writing in to correct an article they publish about the "mysterious rat monster skulking the area at night". develops a cutesy office romance with reiko because of their shared ideals and it makes kitaoka so mad that, in one loop, it fucking kills him
kuuga - everyone assumes she's one of the grongi. this includes the grongi, who assume she's just some particularly ugly and forgettable member of the Me tribe who refuses to use her human disguise. when she manages to convince them that she's actually a mutated human, a massive debate starts in the grongi upper ranks about whether she counts towards the killing spree. godai, like shinji, trusts her almost immediately, like comically quickly. ichijou spends a week thinking she's a hallucination he's having due to sleep deprivation. tsubaki has to be put on a leash because he wants to study her skeleton so bad it's making him look insane
kabuto - the only reason everyone doesn't assume she's a worm is because worms is bugs. still, civilians and zect and worms and tsurugi pretty much try to kill her on sight so she spends most of her time in the shibuya exclusion zone, coming out at night to beat the shit out of worms. tendou realises she's one of his divine subjects (i.e. a person) and treats her with so much grace that 1. she cries and 2. kagami is so, so fucking mad because tendou is nicer to the giant rat than to him. mishima tranquillises her and holds her for experiments at Area X but she gnaws through her cell and escapes within an hour. this happens six times in two weeks
shows i'm currently watching, haven't finished, so my judgement is incomplete:
agito - genuinely the worst one for her so far. there isn't a 'wackiness buffer' that would make her semi-believable as an ally. everyone is fully convinced she's an unknown that can talk and is trying to trick them into trusting her. it's all just skulking in the shadows beating up unknown. not too far off from her original canon, except other heroes are also trying to kill her. it absolutely sucks
ooo - the greeed all assume she's a yummy one of them made and forgot about. the only one who doesn't think she's a yummy is ankh, who doesn't tell anyone because he doesn't care. her massive and very exploitable desire to be human and accepted goes woefully un-manipulated. she spends most of her time beating up yummies and doesn't really care about the cell medals so she neatly tidies them up and stacks them near trash cans for anyone who wants them. ankh either finds this very convenient or fucking infuriating and i'm not sure which. i do think she could get sympathy out of eiji if he stopped to listen to her plight
