Hey to everyone who’s still here! I’m still here despite not updating, like, at all, in a while. Sorry ‘bout that.

Thing is, to me running this blog is starting to feel like a bit of a drag. When I made it, I wasn’t very careful in picking a muse that I knew that I would really like to run – I just picked a muse with at the time relatively few blogs to their name. Don’t get me wrong, I love Kanon, and always will. I just don’t like writing for her. I’ve got many headcannons for Vocaloid, but most of those revolve around only a few characters – of whom Kanon is not a part. I didn’t really have a personality built for her yet when I started the blog, so I decided to just wing it. It sort worked at first, but now I feel that the lack of foundation at the beginning has resulted in Kanon having a very bland personality, that, frankly, is probably just as boring to see as it is to run.

I love running an ask blog, though! It’s great, being able to write as a character, and interact with others on that level. I just don’t love running a blog with a muse with the sort of vague personality with which Kanon has ended up. Which is why I’m seriously starting to think of starting another blog – but this time, being much more cautious about which muse(s) I pick, and putting more thought into the creation of the blog.

I wouldn’t completely abandon this blog if I did that – I’d just update very infrequently. But, I really want a fresh start, a blog with muses that I can run without seemingly changing core aspects of their personalities every time I post an answer.

TL;DR I kinda want to start a new blog, ‘cause this one seems to be getting dry.

I’d also be willing to work with another mod if someone wants someone with whom to start a joint blog, by the way! That aside, What do you all think? Should I start a new blog with more thought-out muses and a more interesting background? Or should I stay with this blog?
