l'm finally doing it. I'm finally condensing my 8 year long journey with OCD into words! Cleaning out the wardrobe, airing out all the skeletons and reliving the trauma. Such fun.

Circumstances or any form of reasoning won't matter with OCD. You're either a good person or the scum of the earth.

Here I was, trying to hone my water colouring skills when a few hours later, l'd be incapacitated with panic attacks and rapid fire intrusive thoughts.
