here’s your daily reminder that:
Allah ﷻ loves you more than anyone else ever could/will.
Rasulullah ﷺ cried while praying for you.
This Dunya is fleeting and everything in it has an end.
Allah’s pleasure is your aim.
Jannah is your home.
Detach yourself from pleasing people. Be good with them for the sake of pleasing your Rabb ﷻ. Not for their pleasure or any appreciation.
Because, they'll disappoint you but Allah ﷻ never disappoints.
Make Allah ﷻ your best friend.
انما اشكو بثي وحزني الى الله
ولا تؤجل توبتك فالله لن يؤجل موتك!
Don't delay your repentance, for Allāh ﷻ won't delay your death!

"The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success" presents seven principles for achieving success and fulfillment in life. The book draws upon ancient spiritual traditions, including Hinduism and Buddhism, to offer practical advice for achieving success and happiness.
The seven spiritual laws of success presented in the book are:
The Law of Pure Potentiality: This law emphasizes the importance of connecting with the infinite source of potential within oneself.
The Law of Giving: This law teaches that giving and receiving are different expressions of the same energy and that giving is a key to abundance and happiness.
The Law of Karma or Cause and Effect: This law teaches that every action has a consequence and encourages individuals to be mindful of their thoughts and actions.
The Law of Least Effort: This law emphasizes the importance of living in a state of effortlessness and flow, by aligning with the natural rhythms of life.
The Law of Intention and Desire: This law teaches that intention and desire are powerful forces that can manifest one's desires into reality.
The Law of Detachment: This law emphasizes the importance of letting go of attachment to outcomes and being open to the infinite possibilities of the universe.
The Law of Dharma or Purpose in Life: This law teaches that each individual has a unique purpose in life and encourages individuals to align their actions with their true purpose.
The law of detachment is a powerful tool that can help you navigate through life's challenges with greater ease and peace of mind. By practicing detachment, you can avoid disappointment and frustration when things don't go as planned or expected, and remain calm in the face of difficulties. Additionally, detachment can help you cultivate a sense of curiosity and wonder about the unknown and the unexpected, allowing you to appreciate the diversity and richness of life's experiences. Finally, detachment can also help you tap into your intuition and creativity by allowing yourself to explore different possibilities and perspectives. By embracing the law of detachment, you can lead a more fulfilling and enriching life, filled with new opportunities and growth.
The sad phenomenon of today: our Muslim sisters proudly display themselves in social media, posing for thousands of non Mahram men from every walk of life to see, save, and share, as they flaunt their adornments and finery, and their skin and charms. One’s heart sinks at the sight of it, and the mind can’t help but wonder “where is her husband???”
The answer to that question is just as disappointing: he’s behind the camera.
We have “men” standing behind the camera, snapping shots of their wife, as she poses with her adornments so that she can post herself for men other than him to see. He drives her to aesthetic locations, watches her pose, snaps her pictures, edits them for her, and then she posts them for hundreds of OTHER men to like, share, and comment on.
But when she posts a picture of her husband? Face covered, everything blurred, account not tagged, no information leaked about him whatsoever. What a time we live in! Where you see a picture of a woman and her husband, and the man’s face is entirely covered while his wife’s face (or parts of it) are exposed for everyone to see. A time in which women have more Ghayrah over their husbands than the men do over their wives, Allāhul Musta’ān.
He claims he’s a “man”, but he’s turned his wife’s images into a money making commodity. He claims he’s a “man”, but his Hijāb online is better than his wife’s. He claims he’s a “man” when his wife has other men in her DMs, and commenting on the pictures HE took of her.
May Allāh protect our brothers from this type of “manhood” and save our sisters from these types of “men”.

Ibn ul-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:
"Stand your ground, be firm, don't be shaken, don't be knocked off of your square easily.
Be a person who has strong determination,
who has strong resolve
and fight under the boundaries of guidance
and be patient indeed, the help of Allāh is very near."

“And do good as Allāh has done good to you.”
{28:77}
I’m not intimidating, you’re intimidated. There’s a difference. I’m not mean, nor aggressive, I am honest & assertive and that makes you uncomfortable. And it’s not ME that makes you uncomfortable, my PRESENCE challenges your comfort. I will not be less for you to feel better about yourself.
A person’s most beautiful asset is a heart full of love, an ear ready to listen and a hand willing to help others!
“Don’t fool yourself by the illusion of truly knowing people. You’d be surprised with the secrets they hide from you.”
— Andressa Moro
because I haven't seen a whole heap of decent information about this... I thought I'd do a beginner's guide to dissociation
disorders that can cause dissociation include:
DID
OSDD
PTSD
depression
OCD
BPD
DPDR
anxiety
eating disorders
some people also experience dissociation due to chronic pain
being dissociated can feel like, but is not limited to:
feeling disconnected from the world
feeling "blurry", "buzzy", "foggy", or "out of it"
not feeling any emotions
not feeling any physical pain
not remembering whole periods of time
feeling like you're floating outside of your body
your brain constantly going in and out of focus
dissociation is generally broken down into two categories:
derealisation: the feeling that the world around you is unreal, foggy, or just out of reach
depersonalisation: the feeling of being outside of yourself, or of not feeling real
I hope this is a helpful post, and that I've made people more aware of what dissociation actually is. if you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to ask!

When your heart is hurting :
Pray.
Sit on that prayer mat and pour your heart out until there's nothing left to share.
Remind yourself that it's okay to cry. He's seen you crying in your sleep. There's nothing left to hide.
Then - Breathe in.
Close your eyes and with a firm intention say, "Oh Allah, I trust that only you can take this pain away from my heart."
Breathe out and.
Just Let It All GO.
Tawakkul breaks down barriers you didn't even see coming your way.
I don't know who needs to hear this out but; please, please don't give up on your deen. It doesn't matter how many sins you have done or for how long, just come back. Start again, try again, pray again, cry, yearn, JUST DON'T GIVE UP.
