"If a person gets used to delaying acts of worship,

it is feared that Allah will test him

by delaying him from all avenues of goodness."

“Indeed, among the people are those who love to be praised,

yet they are not worth the wing of a mosquito in the sight of Allah.”

"Which prayer is best after the obligatory prayers, and which fasting is best after the month of Ramadan?"

He (ﷺ) said:

"The best prayer after the prescribed prayer is prayer in the middle of the night, (tahajjud),

and the best fasting after the month of Ramadan is fasting in the month of Allāh, Muharram."

Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw the rain, he used to say, "O Allah!

Let it be a strong, fruitful rain

(Allahumma Sayyiban Nafi'a)"

"If any one of you forgets a prayer or sleeps and misses it,

let him pray it when he remembers it."

“Give each other gifts,

for gifts remove agitation within the chest.”

… He (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) used to recite the Mu'auwidhat (Surat An-Nas and Surat Al- Falaq)

and then blow his breath over his body….

then it is even more so a protection for that

which is lesser than that Fitnah (so recite them often!).

He who the Qur’an does not cure is not cured by Allah,

and he who the Qur’an does not suffice, is not sufficed by Allah.

it will suffice him.

The Messenger of Allah, (ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa-’ālihi wa-sallam), said:

Beware of the supplication of the oppressed,

even if he is an unbeliever,

for there is no barrier between it and Allah.

Children must be raised upon goodness,

must be raised upon the Sunnah,

must be raised upon acts of worship,

must be raised upon the religion—so they are not neglected.

that Allaah wants you to be happy

all the time, far from grief.

• The effort she puts into raising her child.

• Her compassion and her service.

• The hardships that she suffered in carrying him.

• Giving birth to him.

• Nursing him.

• Bringing him up.

• Serving him.

• Caring for him when he was sick.

• And so on.

“Today, the Quran has been replaced by nasheeds”.

you seek the world as if your very life depended on it

and you seek the Hereafter as if you have no need of it!

You will acquire what you need from this world even if you do not run after it,

but you will only attain the Hereafter if you run after it.

So be aware of your true condition!”

"O Bilal! Spend in charity

and do not fear any diminishment

from the Owner of Majesty (Allah)."
