listen i get annoyed at the overwhelming Heterosexuality of a lot of em3twol art and portrayals of him in that art as much as the next queer person. maybe even a bit more! but like. why not say THAT instead of “it’s absolutely crazy that women think a flamboyant man who likes theater could be bi” like do you hear yourself… just say that you headcanon the guy as gay without taking potshots at bi people
this is pissing me off more than i thought it would it’s just that i cannot imagine looking at a character that is so clearly obsessed with the player character of any gender and being like “he could never be bisexual” ??? like that’s VERY different from saying “in my canon, my player character is a guy, so i think this character who i ship him with is gay” like that’s normal, but to be like “clearly he could only ever be GAY not BISEXUAL because of these stereotypes” like damn you really think bisexual men aren’t really queer and their attraction to men isn’t real huh
and also add onto that that this person said he was waiting until he had a bigger fanbase / was more influential to say this is just so nasty like okay you were waiting until people were less likely to criticize you for it before being publicly biphobic? vile. AND YOURE OVER 30??? GET A GRIP
there is a big difference between “i think this character is gay” (or even “i don’t think this character is bi”!) and “people who think this character is bi are stupid”
