it's the little things that robby does that just makes me so emo!!! like when he closes the curtain when nick's father shows back up because he doesn't want him to have to see another kid suffering... oh i'm unwell.

a phlebotomist oc who mainly works in the quieter departments but sometimes gets called to the emergency room and they always have banter with the er doctors like “my shift was nice and quiet until i ended up here”

honestly i feel for santos bc she really doesn't mean to be harsh- it just comes out that way. i just imagine that's how she's always communicated with people, and it was probably never a problem before (because people didn't speak up about it). but now that she's around people who don't just brush it off, when they give her that "reality check" you can see the hurt on her face :/ but yeah i don't think she's trying to be mean. she's just direct and doesn't realize that the way she talks comes off as rude or cold.
