âDo it scaredâ âdo it aloneâ are all great tips, but my biggest takeaway from therapy is do it messy. This is especially true if youâre getting out of a burnout, which I experience often. Literally just do it messy. You donât need to pick the perfect trail to walk, the perfect playlist to listen to, whatever the fuck it is. You donât need to have a meticulous to do list and wake up at the exact time you planned and drink the exact amount of water you planned to drink. Like the biggest thing for people like me to remember is sometimes itâs okay to do it messy. Put on a random yt workout and just get it done in sweats. Do 5 minutes of a daunting task and go from there. Sometimes just getting up is a win during intense burnouts or depressive funks. Literally just do it messy.

i hate the normalisation of porn i hate it i hate it i hate it stop injecting porn references in shows and songs and conversations stop saying âsex workers who perform in front of the cameraâ its all about who can take the most degradation and penetration thats all it is its not sensual its not intimate its dehumanising its reducing people to flesh and once again sorting in who gets fucked and who gets to fuck no its not normal to watch strangers have sex no its definitely not normal to watch strangers crying and sobbing and being choked and hit and spat on and get off on that WHAT THE FUCKKKK
sex should not be an industry sex should not be commodified if you want to film yourself and your partner for your own pleasure its whatever but how can you defend watching that online shit especially if you cant watch the same video over and over porn consumers just like sex buyers insist on constantly having fresh meat a never ending stream of dick in anything that moves (or doesnt anymore) the whole INDUSTRY is based on manipulating grooming trafficking forcing because otherwise the hungry hungry hippo that are porn consumers who have unlearned how to masturbate without getting off on video footage of what might as well be rape on tape in many cases would run out of material! oh no! its all so fucking sick and has nothing to do with sex and everything to do with profit and grooming and normalising fetish and kink and violent sex and there are people calling themselves leftist defending this shit WHAT TJE FUCKKK AND FOR WHAT FOR WHAT

frederic gros, a philosophy of walking
the biggest lesson im learning is that nothing is as extreme or as permanent as our emotions convince us they are. nothing is certain and things are always fluctuating and there are always exceptions and there are always mistakes. there is always pain and there is always love. everything is a delicate touch away from changing
La Collectionneuse (1967) dir. Ăric Rohmer
and in the next fifty years, you will ache and you will glow. you will fall in love with people who donât stay and still carry their names like pressed flowers in the folds of your memory. you will eat meals alone and meals with people who make you laugh so hard you forget the sting of silence. there will be mornings you canât get out of bed and nights where you walk home humming under a sky so wide it forgives you. youâll cry in public and smile at strangers and sometimes itâll be the same thing. youâll hear a song that reminds you of someone you promised youâd never forget and youâll realize you already have, a little. youâll outgrow versions of yourself you once thought permanent and mourn them like old friends and still you will keep going. youâll see sunsets that make your chest tighten. youâll be held when you least expect it. youâll feel the cold on your face and remember what it means to be alive. and it wonât always be gentle but it will be yours.

i canât stand âitâs not that deepâ attitudes like even if it really really isnât that deep just PLAY WITH ME. just fucking PLAY. have a meaningless but deep analytical conversation with me. just like think about shit for fun. does anyone else like to think about stuff for fun. itâs so lonely
