#im gonna be one of those cautionary tales where you can do everything “right” exercise#eat well#refrain from alcohol n drugs#use sunscreen daily etc#but still die young bc my sleep quality is horrible#i used to resist it so hard like would wake up late and get out of bed late bc i felt it was such an injustice for me to lose sleep lmfaooo#but then ive literally been fired from multiple jobs for that#and so now i just wake tf up and start my days#thank you methylphenidate sertaline sugar free black coffee sugar free orange psyllium husk
