i made a fresh tomato and roast red pepper martini and its Good but a little unbalanced because i basically was like "i want a dirty martini' but then i saw tomatoes in the fridge and was like 'hang on- i can cook' but also just using whatever i have is not Ideal for cocktail crafting. that said: needs additional herbal notes like a basil or something. also an acid but i didnt have any fruits except KEY LIME which absolutely would not have worked. a little lemon juice i think. and something saltier than olive brine like maybe i would do a salt rim to kind of evoke the spirit of a bloody mary. ohhhh and actually some mozzarella balls as a garnish, with like a cherry tomato it could be like a caprese martini.....

#it tastes like a garden in a Good way but more work is needed 🍅#also i didnt have any vermouth or liqueur of any type to add in so that also takes away some complexity </3

spicy tequila tomato martini- fresno chili infused? jalapeno will work too.

roasted black peppercorn and basil infused vodka. for bloody mary, and vodka martinis (lemon juice...???)

toasted sesame oil washed whiskey. old fashioneds- cocoa bitters? OH or browned butter washed whiskey. black walnut or cocoa or coffee bitters. light vanilla infused simple syrup (not too overpowering!)

why haven't i been adding bitters to my espresso martinis!!!!! mole bitters or lavender would be really good. omg cinnamon infused vodka or tequila also!!!

blackberry rosemary lemon radler chelada. is that even anything. it sounds good.

dreamy creamy lemontini- lemon drop but sub simple for sweetened condesnsed milk with lemon zest&sugar rim so good. i've tried this one it's good.
