the specific pairing of literary nerd Jason with theatre kid Damian is so funny to me. like those fuckers would be the most theatrical dickheads in Gotham. the others get annoyed when they patrol together because every time they join the com line all they'll hear is some fucking musical that the two are belting together or a scene from an olden play that they're re-enacting, as loud as possible, with no shame, in the middle of an empty street.

Damian will specifically bring up Jason's favourite books during dinner just to get Jason to go on a dramatic reading of his favourite passages while Tim and Dick yell at them uselessly to stop. Bruce will be awoken at four in the morning because Six: The Musical is being karaoke sung at the TOP of Damian and Jason's lungs and they will not listen when Tim slams open his door to screech in a remarkably high-pitched voice sHUT THE FUCK UP. Damian takes one of Jason's guns and the two spend the next 8 hours mocking soap operas by making up dramatic scenes and using the gun as a prop to act them out. Jason will spend hours laying on the floor in the hallway just reading old classic literature and when Damian finds him he just plops himself down next to him and starts sketching the characters in whatever book Jason's reading.

Basically i want the boys to have intersecting special interests and i want them to be insufferable about it.

So- I bought dnd dice

And I guess I subconsciously chose ones that look PHM coded. I’m trying to name them, but I’m blanking on some of them

The dice in the second pic I have issue with. I want one to be Grace, but I can’t pick, D20 has a pinkish hue in it, but it doesn’t feel like Grace. I also just now thought that I want an Adrian(eridian, not planet) dice and D20 may be the best for that, to have the size difference, but I do love that dice…

D3 is sort of holographic!

I’m looking for suggestions on what dice should be Grace and what the other two could be , I’ll probably go back to the store and switch one of the ‘not Grace’ die to a blue/green dice to be Adrian

Update on ceramic Rocky and Adrian!

I had a lot of problems with their legs, in short I let them dry too long, then had trouble with attaching them, and was too chicken to try and rehydrate them.

Adrian is mostly fine, had some cracks, but nothing serious. Rocky on the other hand I had to fix multiple times prior to putting him into the kiln. This is honestly not the worst outcome of his leg situation. I’ve glazed them both and will be gluing Rocky’s legs back onto him, as the chances of successfully gluing him now are very very low

Okay but imagine being the team of Eridian scientists tasked with keeping Erid's Only Human alive for as long as possible while the whole planet's environment is literally trying to kill him. And then Rocky shows up and is like:

“Grace says he would like half of dome to be water.”

“Oh, is necessary for humans to have large amounts of water question?”

Small Eridian equivalent of a sigh. “No. Not needed for life. In fact Grace will die if he falls in water and does not get out.”

“Tell him we give him water in containers that won't kill him. Lots lots lots of water on Erid for Grace to drink.”

“No. Grace say he want water on ground. Also want it with excess sodium chloride compound so it will be unhealthy for drink.”

“WHY QUESTION???”

To celebrate Erid getting their sun back on track, Grace asks for some alcohol. There's a small amount left from the Hail Mary and Rocky offers to take it to the science Eridians to see if they can synthesise more.

“Grace want this liquid for celebration.”

“Of course.” They scan it. “You have wrong liquid. This contain compounds which are poisonous for humans.”

“Yes yes yes. Grace say humans like feeling of being slightly poisoned.”

“WHY QUESTION?????”
