Patron Angel of the Dreaded Allogays

The thing is, they love being humans. They've been on earth for six thousand years - they've been human longer than any human has. All the other angels/demons are always saying how they’ve "gone native" and "been down/up there too long." They enjoy doing things the human way – especially Aziraphale, with his magic tricks, his food, his clothes, his books… I could go on. There's absolutely no reason to think that gender/sexuality is the single human thing that's beyond them. Especially since they continually choose to present themselves as men (specifically gay men) in almost every context.

Additionally. the way I am constantly seeing people insist that anyone who wants to see them as gay men MUST mean cis gay men is frankly disturbing. Cis and gay are literally one and the same to them. So, a couple of things:

The "they can't be men because they're not Adult Human Males" that neilman keeps pushing is literally a terf talking point. "Adult Human Female" is a well-known terf dogwhistle. And yet neil uses that exact same wording and people are hailing him as like, the ultimate trans ally.

Insisting that they cannot be men because of their biology (or lack thereof) == bioessentialism!!

Being Assigned Genderless at Creation and continuing to identify as genderless would make them cis. They are not humans – they're not subject to the gender binary and thus do NOT have the same relationship to non-binary identity that a human would.

A friend of mine suggested that Crowley reads with his tongue....
