itās weird having a conversation where someone challenges you to envision a world without states, so you do so, and the first thing they try to refute it with is this idea that one community will mobilize into this large centrally governed conglomerate (a state) and take over.
just think about it for a second. you have made the state the enemy, from the beginning. not the āpeople will just riot if theyāre not on a leashā clause, no. because I believe in the possibility of a sustainable post state landscape where the useful parts have been largely kept, and the harmful parts have been thrown out. Ultimately the state must justify itself through conquest.
I really wish it was common knowledge that powerchair features like tilt in space, reclining backrests and elevating leg rests are medically necessary features rather than luxuries. the idea of banning trans women from competitions where, clearly there is no inherent difference as it pertained to the sexes, say, chess, dance, beauty, etc, is an appropriate nail in the coffin to every purposefully wasteful argument that barring trans people from sports was only a matter of safety.
when in fact it was a matter of comfort, as always. people feeling uncomfortable with immutable and ultimately harmless aspects of my identity do not have the right to use this pathetic discomfort as an attempt of stripping me or anyone else of our rights.
and im a lot more petty than the average trans person in that I hope they are uncomfortable. I want bigots to seethe every time they see a trans person winning. I want them to lose hair as they endure this self inflicted distress at being forced to recognize that trans people irrefutably exist within society, and that thereās nothing they can do to prevent nor stop it.
i think the correlation between poverty and domestic violence is actually a very useful parameter for evaluating the stateās role as an active participant. not only is the state working relentlessly to ensure people are stuck in poverty, but it is also no coincidence that this happens to be a risk factor of dv in addition to being a major vulnerability factor as in, people who are impoverished are at increased risk of being abused while also having less resources necessary to be in any sort of position to ask for help. many of these victims are in turn dismissed as subhuman, as class continues to be indicative of personhood according to the thoroughly rotted out, fraudulent justice system that pretends to stand for us.
you could extend this out to other marginalized identities as well, as poverty is not the sole risk/vulnerability factor.
and I also think it isnāt notably productive to stick our justifiable rage solely on this crash dummy labeled āabuser.ā Every case of domestic violence features at least two participants. And if we start throwing abusers in prison for extended sentences to acknowledge this injustice, it would be weird not to throw the oligarchs and lawmakers in right alongside them.

And non-binary people (especially non-binary people who went through androgenizing puberty) will have to "prove" that they're not too man/masc-aligned. Half the time enben are seen as woman/man-lite, and I have no idea how you'll treat cistrans or masc-aligned non-binary people that you perceive as "basically men".
And intersex men, I will add. They're often forced into "basically pericis" or "no way you're cis", and are treated accordingly.
