What is a delusion? A false belief or judgment about external reality, held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary, occurring especially in mental conditions.

What is a eulusion? A delusion that you enjoy or don't hate!

Why are you encouraging them? Everyone deserves freedom over their own mind and body, including for things considered "bad." If it makes you happy, and is safe for you and the people around you, why not?

Why would someone want a delusion? Some people enjoy them or find them helpful, or feel validated by having them. Everyone's reasons are their own and might be different.

But this is harmful. Delusions are inherently bad. A lot of delusions can be harmful but some just aren't or are even joyful for the person experiencing them. It's about how each person experiences their delusions. Deal with it.

It's not a delusion if you know about it or feel good about it. Some people don't know their delusions are delusions, and that's as valid as people who do know their delusions are delusions. People with delusions sometimes have a breakthrough where they find out that what they're experiencing isn't what everyone else is experiencing, and can still hold onto that delusion while knowing that it is called that. Also, a delusion that someone feels good about is called a eulusion.

I don't have psychosis, can I experience delusions too? I have no idea but probably! You are welcome into the community regardless ^_^
