Silent film vamp Louise Glaum, pictured here in a spiderweb dress around 1916. A competitor of sorts to reigning vampire queen Theda Bara, Glaum appeared in over 110 movies from 1912 to 1925 and is probably best known nowadays for 1920’s SEX.
