[does what she days] Thank you, dear. I was having a dreadful time tying to figure out this thing.

Wait.
You press tweet, you twat.
Sorry. It’s a reflex…
Cruella De Vil!
[laughs] It's fine. [presses tweet] There. Thank you.
Wait.
Anita, I might be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I showed you how to use Twitter when I helped make your account.
You did, you did. However, I still can't figure out everything...why is there a word count?
Wait.
How does this work again?
What exactly does any of that have to do with me?
I suppose the county fair has nothing to do with you...

You smell fine, dear. I could barely notice any fish smell at all.
Flattery and lying don’t get you anywhere in life. Trust me.
Of course I'm not lying. [laughs]
Y’know sometimes I have to stand back and just appreciate how some singers dance. Because wow.
Like who?
Yes I know I smell like fish. Just another interesting day at the Aquarium.
You smell fine, dear. I could barely notice any fish smell at all.
Well it should say red. -Takes out a marker, crosses out maroon, and writes red.- There. Fixed.
Well, ok- [watches as he crosses out the words] Great... thank you.
Cold pizza? Oh, no, Anita, that’s not what I meant. Hot pizza, cold drink.
Oh. [laughs] Anyways, how are you? How have you been?

That's what the tag said...
That’s really nice pen….
Anyway you were saying?
Oh, sure you can have it...
I was asking how the fundraising for the cemetery were going?
No, I don’t think I have anything too important right now.. Why? I’m just happy you took a little break from all your writing.
Well, great. Let's go get something to eat. Are you hungry? [laughs] This has been my only break today.
My power's out.
It’s getting late. Great.
That's why I brought candles and flashlights. Also, I brought us Chinese food...because I am sure all the food in your fridge is spoiled by now.
Not that I don’t care, but— what’s your point?
My point is that you shouldn't be eating that much candy...it's going to rot your teeth.

Dylan smiled, and something was blooming inside of him, though he wasn’t sure what. “Me too,” he said, serenely. In this moment, he felt grounded, and humble, and electrified in a way he’d never been before. There was nothing particularly unique about this day or moment, but he couldn’t shake the feeling that there was. “It’s rare that you come across someone you agree with 110% when it comes to existentialism.” His head cocked to the side as he took his first sip of ridiculously sweet coffee. “I happen to enjoy it. But you’re right, when people make a bad cup of coffee you can’t really tell until you drink it.” He put his mug down and felt himself getting distracted by Anita’s eyes, her smile, and the way the sun was striking her face. “Um, not really. Just depends on what I’m feeling, I guess. Do you?”
The way Dylan smiled made Anita's heart skip a beat. He seemed so connected with her in that moment, and she couldn't shake the happiness bubbling inside her. She nodded, "Not many understand... I'm glad that we do. It's rather exciting that you understand my theories." As he took a sip of his coffee, she tried to imagine the taste. "I just don't trust coffee, and that's that." She let out another laugh. She noticed how Dylan's eyes trailed around her face. She blushed, not quite sure what he was looking at. She subconsciously tucked a piece of hair behind her ear, and smiled down at her cup of tea. She looked back up at him, staring into his eyes. She had noticed how striking they were before, but this was different lighting. They had taken a whole new color, they were still blue, bot now they had hints of gray within them. "I see. In the Summer, I prefer peach tea or chamomile." She bit her lip, did his hair always look like that when it hit the sun? She quickly looked at her watch, trying to snap herself out of the daze she was in. She wasn't sure what was blossoming inside her, but the feeling was intriguing and foreign.
Oh why not?
They look like little aliens.
