If someone told you that you could lose the unhealthy habits from your childhood in 5 minutes a day, would you do it? I sure hope so. The truth is that all of us develop bad habits as we grow. We learn how to yell, become nervous in front of large crowds, and harm others as revenge for harm done.
Man... this one's close to heart. I'm often surprised by the degree to which I imitate people in ways that I shouldn't (often unintentionally).
The fact that I don't have to be a product of my past experiences is comforting.
Maybe playing pretend was the most powerful habit we developed as children...
