We always hear about “wasted time“ in different forms from H & L, I saw this on insta and it drew me back to them: their journey, the ways they communicate and it makes me think that no matter what “weather” or “waves” they may bump or crash into, they know where they’re headed together, together 😉 and it’s a pretty cool one to be an observer of. That’s beautiful. And so incredibly true. It would have been lovely if they’d never had to waste so many years. But, the truth is, the battle made them grow and ultimately made them stronger.

On top of the amazing instrumentals and vocals, the meaning is so special. The fact that Sebastian Bach wrote such a meaningful song for Steven Adler, because he saw Adlers decline after being kicked out of Guns n Roses. It’s so bittersweet. Also I just love the lyrics so much, the song hits every time.
I will never shut up about this song.
