But luffy just keeps staring at this random guy who eventually realizes hes being stared at before looking back and recognizing whos staring at him and luffy sees that hes been recgonized so it totally IS that guy from gray terminal who definitely burned to death and i feel like this is a very interesting and fun way to turn a chase through the city into meeting Sabo early :)

truly some people have no genre savviness whatsoever.
