Anxiety; a monologue
It starts off waking up in a bad mood, and then little things make you angry e.g dropping something by accident, something taking too long to cook or whatever. So you’re sitting there stewing and just deciding it’s going to be a bad day when the doubts start to creep in - this is your fault for having a bad day, you’re not patient enough, not able for it, just not good enough. If you’re not careful it starts to spread into work - being more self blaming than usual, bring super hard on yourself for making little mistakes. It creeps into your friendships - no one really wants to talk to you it’s just habit. They don’t actually care. Creeps into relationships - non you're not good enough to have a boyfriend you’re too much work too damaged too ugly. Creeps into your confidence, your body image, and colors everything good about yourself. You start to feel bad for asking for help - they have better things to do, you’re only a bother to them. You’re spiraling you’re crying and everything is awful. Try to treat yourself - feel guilty. Try to sleep it off - wake up feeling worse. Shower to feel better - just end up crying anyways. Spiraling, spiraling, spiraling
