This is an easy, cheap recipe for making salmon and tuna nigiri sushi at home. It's great for people who have never done it before.
Ingredients: 200g sushi rice. 100g fresh salmon fillet. 100g fresh tuna fillet. Soy sauce for dipping. Wasabi paste. Pickled ginger slices.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool. Slice the salmon and tuna into thin strips. With wet hands, form small oblong-shaped mounds of rice. Place a slice of fish on top of each rice mound. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
