Without going into too much detail, the situation is hostile. My mom, my older sister and I (my sister moved in after us) moved here with the promise of having a refuge to stay in for a bit to give us a chance to get back onto our feet and figure out what to do next. Rather than being given a chance to save up and make plans, we’ve been being drained for money and being charged extra for food we don’t eat, on top of taking care of the household’s animals, preparing meals, and babysitting 5 days a week for free. In addition, there’s a lot of general bullying, shouting, and intimidation that happens on a regular basis, both to us and the younger family members living here– this is not a happy or safe home.

The three of us are going to try to move out and into a new apartment together, preferrably within the next couple months or so. In the meantime, I’m going to be doing what I can to lay low and continue my work to the best of my ability as the situation allows (right now, I do my best to avoid people here; on the weekend, there’s nothing I can do but try to stay quiet and out of sight).

So I’ve been working on this game for a good few months now and it’s finally ready! If you like hacking and slashin’, then I think you might like Obslashin’. You could almost say, you’ll be obsessively slashin’. ;D
