Everything beyond Sonic's Episode in 2006 is absolute fucking garbage (Silver Episode is redeemable in many places though) and the Dusty Desert ball puzzle was the catalyst of the inevitable downward spiral (as I played Sonic – Silver – Shadow order and Shadow's levels fucking destroyed me!!)

I do not regret playing Sonic 06 and I found a lot of fun in exploring the game but it's ultimately beyond any revisionist salvation, it's so fucking bad

I finished Sonic's Story.

I digress, the game is peak. I'm one of those people who segregates "game" as a product and "game" as an experience and hoo boy

Genuine fucking garbage

OC stuff! His name's Falcon (Real name is Robert) and he's a humanoid battle android and also Ramona's squad partner! It's been actually really hard to pinpoint his design as he was supposed to initially be a non-elemental-user human, but it was really hard to work around that (especially narratively because as Ramona's partner and parallel he should be as capable) and that's where the android idea came up. He's actually an AI, being an android, but there's a lot more to him than just being a robot. Bonus below: His old design that was quite insubstantial but the final design ended up just refining everything he had before and adding mechanical parts, funny how that works!
