I want someone to love and yearn for me like they do in movies

when I love something, I get scared I'll lose it, so I become incredibly attached very intensely and fast. The more attached I am, the more scared I am that I'll lose the thing I love, and so I become even more attached for fear of becoming less attached. It becomes a cycle, basically, in which I know I'm unhealthily and intensely obsessed but become more so because I don't want to lose that feeling.

I feel like if I stop being sad about it ending I'll lose how happy it made me feel forever
