Ths time we're going to try and utilize ToonBoom for this one. I've used ToonBoom before but really only for rough animation- so here we go

The characters whizzing by them will probably just be still illustrations with a slight motion blur on them- this file made hunt down the autosave feature in Toon Boom lol ^^"
