Amber grinned at him, “I would love something to eat and drink if it isn’t too much trouble…” she seemed to gather herself before leaning in to hold in to him tightly. “thank you Kharon.”

"I have missed you too. Will you be staying for a while this time?"

Shaking her head, she grasps his hand and smiles at him. “Just you being here is good enough for me. Though I wouldn’t say no to company.”

She reaches out to touch his hand a bit. “I’m glad you are better. My…world I guess collapsed. I’ve made it out now.”

“It’s been a long time. I’m sorry I’ve been gone. How are you? ” she smiles gesitantly

“I have found that I am always hungry now,” Glorfindel said with a bit of a shame faced smile. In speaking with Elrond, they believed it was because of the length of time he had gone without eating anything whilst he was in the Halls. Together they had come up with a planned eating schedule for him so that he did not overeat and do damage to himself. He dug around in his saddle bag until he found what was left of his jerky and offered it to her. “I ate just a short time ago, so I know that I am do not need to do so again just yet. But you are welcome to this jerky.”

“I appreciate your generosity Glorfindel,” she said as she grabbed the jerky before starting to nibble on it. “So why are you travelling to your destination? If you have a goal that is. And if you want to tell me. I know that we just met and you probably dont exactly trust me. Especially with the way I look.” Gesturing at herself, particularly the ears and tail. “I know I am not exactly….normal. though I wasn’t born this way, I assure you.” Looking sheepish, she halted. “I have a tendency to talk on and on when I’m anxious. I apologize.”

“There is no need to apologize, I do the same thing. There is just something about silence that makes me uncomfortable when I am nervous,” Glorfindel assured her. “I am traveling to Eregion as a way to learn what the world is like now, for it has changed during the long years that I have been away.”

“But I like sleeping in too!” Finn complained as Amber joined him in the bed. He wrapped his arms around her and cuddled up close. She always felt so warm when he held her like this. “You will never escape now. You are my teddy bear.”

Laughing softly, she curled into his embrace and laid her hands on his. “Now why would I ever want to escape from this? It is like a little slice of heaven right here. What do we have to do in the morning again?” She asked l, thinking about the day ahead of them.

The mention of his blush only made it deepen to a brighter red color. Cute was not the descriptor that he liked being used for him, but it was better than some things she could have said, so he was going to take that as a win instead of an insult. “Well at least that’s one less thing to worry about, for both of us,” he said, trying to save some face after the cute comment. “We can focus on just getting to know each other a bit more first.”

Amber moved closer to him, going up on tiptoe to kiss the corner of his mouth softly. “I do look forward to eventually going that direction, but I am happy where we are now. There is so much about you to learn after all.” Smiling as she stepped back. “Shall we go have fun?”
