Looks comfy up here.

It has a cute red tub in the tiny bathroom.

There's a full-size washer/dryer set below deck.

There are tools and supplies stored here, for making repairs.

The engine room. It looks like it may be at least a partially original engine.

This is nice, a shared area.

And residents' mail boxes.

There she goes out for a cruise.

Very nice, but $1.8m seems like a lot.
