They finally turned the music down. Hopefully i can sleep now.. its 10.30pm and im so exhausted from everything thays been going on. I hate that my stupid ed is making everything tjat was already so fucking bad even worse.. I didnt even try to do this, like this was not the plan. It just happened? Had a seizure. Not surprised. Then L was crying again so stumbled over to his room with legs that barely worked and laid with him. Still had reallllly bad muscles spams on my lower back, leg and arm, but L did finally fall asleep. Maybe the spams movements were soothing 😭 benzos finally kicked in now so gonna go back to my room. The music is still loud (who the fuck has a loud ass party outside on a fucking Sunday smh), so i domt have high hopes

Im losing my mind. L has been crying for an hour straight. Someone is having party close by and theres really loud music thats keeping him up. But the music + the crying are too much for me to handle rn. I sat with him for as long as i could but i could feel that i was gonna have a meltdown so locked myself in my room, which only made him more upset ofc but ig thats still better than having a meltdown in front of him.. now im uncontrollably crying still bc I need silence but everything is so loud. The music keeps getting louder. I cant wear earplugs or headphones bc the feeling of those will also sent me into a meltdown rn
