I read a lot of your posts and I really wanted to thank you for making so many of your reader characters nonbinary. I feel so seen. There aren't a ton of writers out there who try to be this inclusive. And I noticed that you mentioned a pressure blanket once, or noise cancellation. Your autism-coding a ton of your characters. And in you're fics with panic attacks you always use a different method to calm the character. I actually didn't know one of the methods and it really helped me.

A moot of mine also once thanked me for autism-coding my characters, but I genuinely didn't know how BIG of an effect it had on multiple people.
I make an attempt to make my fics as inclusive as possible. That's why you have never seen any of my reader characters be written as "blushing". I don't know if the people that read have a visible blush. Maybe they're a different skin-colour than me, or they cover acne with makeup and you can't see their face-colours change.
And for the grounding - I actually struggle(d) with panic attacks before, so I attempt to add actual methods in there, so that people may get some possible ideas as to how help themselves. It's also why I always use different methods - I'm trying to cover as many possibilities as possible.
I am thankful for your message. I try hard to be as inclusive as I possibly can to make as many people as possible feel safe and welcome. To know that that did happen for you makes me incredibly joyful.
