are u lewis capaldi carrying alcoholic drinks to the stage to accept ur two awards and thanking ur grandmother for dying so u could write ur smash of a song or are u harry styles drunk off straight tequila crawling around the brits floor stealing snacks from others and asking to have ur picture taken with them 

drunk!harry just radiates the biggest nice drunk girl in club bathrooms who pumps you up through her own running mascara energy.

sorry but as a music reviewer myself, that AP review was senseless, incredibly one-dimensional, and more reflective of the writer’s narrow-minded opinion of Louis than it was about Louis’ work. the very moment the article started, the tone became tremendously hostile and unnecessarily begrudging. It felt as if the writer had a personal vendetta against louis, and he used that as a catalyst for his snobbish circle jerking. there’s no real reason to be that callous which makes it seem as though this was the writer’s review on their skewed and amateurish view on Louis as a person instead of a review of his work, and that was already solidified before they even flipped on the album. for them to say there isn’t any pain for him to communicate, not even having done their homework and researching Louis as an artist to figure out that he’s gone through hurdles of trials and tribulations these past few years, before writing this review should tell you all you need to know about the writer’s prior position. it’s these types of writers that give music reviewers such a bad name. music is subjective, but this was just unnecessarily venemous. i’d also like to mention that AP has become such a joke in the music publication sphere, that it isn’t surprising that they’ve published an article as lazy and dull as this one. i would definitely take that review and chuck it in the garbage.
