Working on the three main squat variations today. Front Squat is actually my favorite and Today is the first day I’ve done overhead squat in about 2 years. Bonus ab circuit because I weighed in and have lost 5 lbs and feel awesome. for literally anyone can be done with no equipment! 12-20 hanging or laying leg raises 25 heel touches each side straight to boat hold to failure 1 minute bicycle crunches. After a 3 mile run with @justingregory3015 I came into @dreamalityathletics and hit international chest day. Hit a rep PR of 215 for 12 after this set of 205 so I’m pretty stoked about that. Also a pointer I wanted to give is on the High Cable flye. Most people lean way over and bend their arms at which point you may as well be doing regular neutral flyes. You want to stand as straight as possible and keep your arms at a static bend if any bend at all.
