"Problematic height gap" was a concept made up by people who have never seen the kind of short people who go out to interact with the public. Those fucking gnomes fear nothing. If they're at the exact right height to bite you in the nuts, they will.
And insanely tall people come in two categories: If they're merely tall, and not large, they're just skittish fragile giraffes. The most dangerous thing they can do to you is stand up too fast, faint because their blood pressure dropped, and hit you on the way down like a felled tree.
The tall people who are also large are mostly chill in my experience. Every single non trans woman who proclaims to be an ally absolutely needs to be posting about how goddamn transmisogynist staff is.
Because when trans women dare to speak up for themselves, Tumblr nukes their blogs.
We need to be fucking loud about this, daily, because Tumblr staff is specifically targeting and deleting trans women who are not breaking ToS and who often have fundraisers up FOR THEIR SURVIVAL.
By deleting these blogs repeatedly, Tumblr staff is saying loud and clear what they hope happens to these girls.
Are y'all okay with that? Because if not we need to be posting about it more because we have seen by now it's incredibly fucking unlikely this sites moderation will delete our blogs for it because we are not trans women
Tumblr staff and CEO Matt Mullenweg want trans women in need to not be able to post their fundraisers, meaning they are okay with these women dying.
Just to say: I understand frustrations against your trans siblings in this whole ghastly 'discourse'. But if you make sweeping statements about transfems being transandrophobic, or try to downplay and dismiss transmisogyny to further conversations about transandrophobia, you are playing by the transandrophobes' rulebook. You are being transmisogynistic. We don't fuck with that, here.

I still like the term parental unit that we used to use as a joke in middle school and high school. Did everyone else do that or was it just a my social circles thing?
Anyways telling the kids to go collect their parental units at the end of an event is a) funny b) gender neutral and c) just refers to the person currently doing your parenting

Let's say I really wanted to reduce the number of children who die in car accidents. Car accidents are really bad, right? Nobody disagrees about that. And it would be much better for both the environment and the kids' health if they spent more time walking, or taking the bus. Perfectly reasonable. More cars off the road, safer roads, fewer kids getting hurt, healthier kids. A win-win!
Therefore, let's ban children from traveling by car and require all cars to have a scanner on the door that scans the government ID of everyone who gets in the car to make sure no kids are in there. After all, kids get hurt in car accidents all the time! We need to ban this right away!

more than anything i want a world where a trans girl realizing she is a trans girl faces zero fear from that realization and subsequent coming out. Where she can say "Oh sweet, I can just be a girl?
