Any suggestions for how to ease into working out? I kind of spent pre-transition life not giving a shit about my body so I’m in the worst kind of shape, but the idea of tossing around another trans girl is giving me lots of motivation.

stretching is a good gateway. find a routine on youtube you like and do it every day for 10-20 minutes. it’s all about establishing a routine. from there get into resistance band workouts. u can do them from home on ur kitchen floor and they rlly do wonders. i’ll type out a good entry level at home stretching / workout routine at some point and post it.

also cardio fucking sucks and i hate it but you have to do it. figure out what you hate the least and just do that 👍
