Hi yall~ Im not dead I swear( I think)

I just haven’t been writing in a bit but I’ll start writing more again~

So basically I started writing a lil angst for Kaeya and this is just the preview to see if anyone would be interested:

Kaeya lost in his loneliness headcanons where a flirty gn!reader comforts kaeya and kinda just listens to him talk about his past and his troubles (so it’ll be angsty but with fluff too~) 

* will have spoilers regarding genshin lore!!

This may be a little late but I hope anyone who is wishing for Eula luck in getting her!! Honestly I might wish for her too, her character is so intriguing and I love her attitude. Sis be popping off with her vengeance she's so hot what the heck

- “Reader from Liyue decides to reside in Mondstadt for a much needed  vacation only to find themselves falling for the alluring chief alchemist”         

Albedo was remarkably beautiful. Was it really your fault that he just seemed to take up half of your thoughts? You had only planned to stay in Mondstadt for a year at most, but after meeting the chief alchemist you had found yourself drawn towards him. Like a moth drawn to a flame, that was what you two were. You really didn’t expect your relationship to go anywhere beyond just being close friends, but with someone quite like Albedo anything is possible. You smile, shaking your head at the thought. 

You turn from your spot on the couch in his laboratory towards him, smiling in the distance. Even now, so late into the night he was still working. It wasn’t unusual for him to work into the night. But nonetheless you were still worried about the stress he must ‘ve been building up while researching. After all, it wasn’t easy being a genius like Albedo. It was rather strange to you that he was famous for being a genius, yet he didn't think of himself as a genius. “How cute” You murmur.

“Hah..” Albedo groans, slamming the book he spent the past hour researching through close in frustration. 

“Hmm? Are you alright Albedo?” You ask worriedly, sitting up. 

Albedo turns around in his chair to smile at you “ I’m fine Y/N, It’s just...I’ve been feeling a little out of it lately. It’s nothing worth worrying about” 

“Albedo…” You sigh, “Nothing is ever worth not worrying about when it comes to you. I’ll go brew you some tea to help with your stress, ok?” You get up, walking past him towards the door. Albedo catches your wrist with his hand.

“ You really don’t hav-” He begins only to get interrupted by you, “ What’s that? You would love some tea to help with your stress? Thought so~” You laugh, leaving the room.

“You really are something …” He murmurs quietly while watching you leave the room. To him you were like a never ending puzzle, a never ending puzzle he wishes to solve. Only, the more he tries solving this puzzle he’s made of you the more frustrated he gets. Archons, if only he could tell you, tell you that it was you who was causing him to feel out of it. Just your mere presence sets the butterflies in him on a rampage. You were just so intoxicating to him. Relationships really were troublesome to him, but you… yes, you were an exception. Albedo sighs once more, getting up to find a new set of clothes to change into to relieve the tension in his chest. He had just finished buttoning up his dress shirt when all of a sudden you walked in.

“I hope I didn’t take too long~ Here! Some herbal tea brewed by yours truly” You grin, hoping he didn’t catch notice in the light blush that dusted your cheeks from catching a peek at his slim chest. 

“I’m indebted to you Y/N” He says, one hand taking the tea cup while the other tucks a loose strand of hair behind your ear. 

You patiently wait for him to finish his tea before continuing your conversation. 

“It's now or never” You murmur to yourself.

 “Albedo actually there's been something on my mind lately. Perhaps you could even say I’ve been conducting my own experiments” You grin, figuring you might as well shoot your shot. 

“Oh?” Albedo says, placing the teacup down then looking over at you curiously. 

His eyes fell onto the blush that danced across your cheeks and with a soft “oh...” he suddenly realizes. Cursing  himself at his own foolishness, he laughs at himself. Laughing about all the times he never thought twice about the lingering glances you had sent his way so many times before or how you coincidentally seemed to have gotten more flirty whenever he was around. How foolish he was for thinking he was simply imagining things. He sighs. And with a playful smirk, grips your chin slightly angling your face towards him into his curious eyes. "Tell me Y/N..." he paused, eyes clouding in desire. "What has been on your mind lately hm..."

And all of a sudden, without any further hesitation, your lips are on his, hungrily stealing as many kisses you can from him. Albedo groans, sloppily kissing you back, moaning he allows your tongue access in exploring his mouth. The two of you stay in this state of pure bliss for what seems like eons before pulling away. A single strand of saliva was all that remained connecting the two of you. Your hands move to run your hands through his hair, gently tugging at his blonde locks.  He grunts suddenly, and swiftly flips the two of you over so that you were now underneath him. “Albedo…” You whisper breathlessly, reaching out to cup his now flustered cheek. “ Just want you and only you  ‘Bedo...” You whimper out, smiling as you start to lose yourself in his embrace. 

“Oh? Is that so?” He pauses, smiling against your palm, He kisses your hand lovingly while maintaining eye contact with you, tongue peeking out of his lips. He then begins licking your hand till he gets to your wrists. "Want me in what way hmmm..? " he murmurs, continuing to trail kisses down your arm. “ You’ll have to specify for me darli-” You cut him off, “Mr. Albedo I don’t have all day you see” pausing, you allow your free hand to grab him by his jaw, watching his expression darken at the gesture. “So please help me by indulging me in your fantasies hmm?”

He leans in just above your collarbone, voice having gone all husky, "Then since you asked so nicely…  I’ll begin our little experiment now~”  

You close your eyes in anticipation, listening to Albedo shuffle around before hearing the sound of a lock clicking. And it was only then at that moment your heart started to thump rapidly against your chest. You smile amusingly, relishing in the situation you had managed to get yourself into with the chief alchemist.

 You wouldn’t have had it any other way.

The sun was starting to set in Liyue Harbour as the normally crowded marketplace began to settle down for the night. Night in Liyue Harbour was a truly remarkable experience. Liyue Harbour really was beautiful… but the man accompanying you tonight could easily rival the beauty of any city. Zhongli after all was nothing short from perfection.

“As I recall” Zhongli stops, turning towards you, “You had something you wanted to ask me, correct?” 

You quickly drifted back to reality, suddenly remembering that you had something you wanted to ask the ever so knowledgeable consultant.

“Right! Though, it might sound a little odd to someone like you” You start off with, looking up at him.

“I’m sure it’s nothing I won’t be able to grasp” He smiles down at you, “ would it be better if we settled down somewhere?”  

The light in His eyes and his gentle smile were suddenly illuminated, as the lights started turning on in the nearby shops and booths. There was a faint spark in his eyes almost as if he was scanning you for your best interests. He really was something else. 

You laugh relishing in his company.

“Y/N? Are you alright?” He questions you worriedly, the faint spark is quickly replaced with a look of concern. Zhongli gently places a hand onto your forehead, “ Occasionally the nights in Liyue can get cold. Do make sure to take more care of yourself” He sighs.

You smile, placing your hand over his “I’m fine Zhongli~ I just really enjoy your company you know?” Grinning at the fond smile that forms on his face.

He lightly shakes his head, and grabs onto your wrist “ Come on now, I’ll take you to a place I just happen to know that has a simply beautiful view of the Harbour at night” 

The two of you peacefully walk towards the spot Zhongli had mentioned. Throughout the walk Zhongli casts several fond glances at you. Smiling to himself, he really did enjoy the peaceful company you gave him. Rarely has he ever felt so at peace in his entire 6000+ years as an Archon and as an adeptus. The last time he could recall feeling so at peace was too long ago in the older times with Guizhong and the other adepti. You seemed to have some sort of calming effect on him, so he really was fond of you. Always catering to his needs, whether it be making up for his lack of mora or simply accompanying his side whenever he had a rare day to himself. 

“It appears we’ve arrived” Zhongli says, signaling towards the cliff side, “Be cautious around the edge of the cliff” He warns you, gently taking hold of your hand. Zhongli watches you intently as he leads you to the edge of the cliff, relishing in how your eyes light up at the night sky. You gasp, the view from up top the seemingly plain cliff  was definitely worth it. You smile widely, “The view is amazing Zhongli~” you sigh dreamily. 

“I had the impression that it was” He agrees,  letting go of your hand as the two of you sit in peace admiring the view.

“Shall we continue on with our talk or do you want to spend more time watching the stars?” Zhongli breaks the momentarily silence, his eyes gazing into yours as he awaits your answer. 

“Oh yes! Sorry, I momentarily forgot in the spur of the moment” You ramble, blushing at his gaze. “To put it short… I was curious about whether the Archons might’ve had lovers. It might seem unusual however to me I find it really intriguing, after all, having been alive for so long it wouldn’t be unusual to feel lonely at some point... Would it?” You begin, gazing at the stars. “Although, to narrow it down a bit,  I’ll ask about if you think Rex Lapis may have had a lover in the past or perhaps even have one currently” Grinning, you stick your hand up reaching for the stars as if you could capture them in your palm. Zhongli meanwhile glances at you curiously, mouth slightly agape in surprise. He knew you were the curious type but he wasn’t expecting something like that from you. 

“Ahem, excuse me” Zhongli clears his throat, composing himself. “ Rex Lapis most certainly would've experienced love at some point throughout the centuries. Though... I’ll leave it to you whether that love was romantic or not”

“Hmmmm” You murmur, hand coming up to grab your chin as you lose yourself in your thoughts. “ Do you so happen to perhaps know anyone that comes to mind?” You question, eyes shimmering with anticipation. 

“ Of course” He says, hands coming up to caress your cheek, “It’s you. You, Y/N”

Your face contorted from excitement into confusion, “Me? But then that would mean you would have to be…” You gaze up at him, eyes going wide. “No, th-that can’t be. Don’t tell me you’re Re-” You were suddenly cut off by a bright golden light, before feeling someone bury their head into your neck.

“I apologize for the sudden reveal, and my current behavior… but indeed, I am in fact Rex Lapis” He whispers into your neck, arms moving to grab you by your waist as if you could drift away from him at any moment. 

“Zhon- Erm I mean Rex Lapis…” You murmur, running your hands through his hair as if to comfort the Archon. It was really unusual to see him in this state, it was rather… How could you describe it?  Bittersweet, yes, that was what it felt like to you having the Archon look so vulnerable like this.

“Zhongli” He says, face lifting up to look into your eyes, “Please continue calling me Zhongli, there’s no need for any formalities” 

You smile at him, heart beating against your chest. Though there were slight differences in him in his Archon form, Zhongli will always be the same Zhongli you’ll continue to love no matter what form he’s in.

“Of course, and I hope you know that I’ll always love you no matter what. My love will always reside with you and in the stars” You say, tears starting to fill your eyes as you realize just how much he meant to you.

“And you too, will continue to shine like gold in my memories, love” He promises, a hand coming to rest on your cheek as he wipes the tears away. 

The two of you continue to sit under the ocean of stars that made up the night sky long into the night. You nuzzle peacefully into him, falling asleep in his embrace hoping you could stay like this for millennia.

Even though it’s his birthday Diluc would mostly treat this day just like any other (except you won’t let him)

His birthday wasn’t always the most memorable in the past so he doesn’t feel the need to exactly celebrate it however with you by his side now he’ll make exceptions~

You and him would mostly spend the day indoors and then have a nice dinner date by the vine yards that you had planned for surprise

Be prepared to spoil the heck out of this poor man he deserves it so much~

“Come on Diluc!” You shout impatiently, gesturing the unsuspecting red head to some nearby picnic blankets you had set up. The bright blue skies were starting to fade into a warm crimson sunset and you step back to admire your handiwork. You had spent half of the day setting the picnic blankets up with all sorts of dishes you had tirelessly cooked to perfection. You knew Diluc didn’t think much of his birthday, yet you wanted to somehow show him once again just how much he meant to you. 

“You know…” Diluc suddenly mutters, “You really didn’t have to go through this much trouble for my expense”

 “But I still did and besides I wanted to do this not just because it’s your birthday but also because I want you to know that you deserve this. I know your birthday was also the day you experienced one of the most painful moments in your life… but despite that you still managed to spend so much of your time to help the citizens of Mondstadt and me in so many ways. I want you to know you’re appreciated.”

Diluc was staring at you in awe. He already knew you were planning something for his birthday. After all, he did in fact see you out the whole day running around the winery and collecting flower arrangements from Flora back in town. Frankly, he would even say it was quite adorable. No, it wasn’t just adorable it was fucking adorable. And especially, when he noticed you setting up the picnic blankets up by the vineyards decorated with all the dishes you made while muttering to yourself about how surprised he would be. In all honesty, he was hopelessly in love. 

You gaze at Diluc lovingly. You found him absolutely breathtaking, from his personality to just him in general. As the sun was setting, Diluc was basked in the warm golden light. He looked absolutely stunning, eyes shimmering in the light and his fiery red hair made it look as though he was blazing in flames. A hint of a smile was plastered across his face.

“Diluc… you know I love you right?” You mutter finally.

“Of course I do, and I want you to know that I will always love you too...” He says, gently placing a hand on your cheek,“ For all of eternity, darling”

“Hey Venti!” You called out as he was wrapping up a performance.

Fortunately, you happened to have had stumbled upon the bard amidst a crowd by the big tree in Windrise as you were searching for him. 

“Y/N! Fancy seeing you here ehe~”, He giggled as the crowd dispersed allowing you to finally meet with him, “Did you like my performance?” 

“The bard’s singing was so fair, that all who have managed to witness such a performance would only have their ears given in to despair” You grin cheekily. Joyfully walking over to him.

“ It appears you’re getting better at rhyme….” Venti grins at you. It really warmed his heart, finding you effortlessly talking in rhyme the way he would at times. He thinks it’s absolutely adorable. “Alas! It appears you’re gonna outgrow me with time” He shouts dramatically, letting himself gently fall onto your back “I’ll be replaced!”  

You gawk at him “Venti I...”

“Wonk wonk” The bard was now buried against your back, arm over your shoulder. Hair tickling your neck. “Venti is currently unavailable, in order to revive him please offer up an apple” He whispers into your ear. 

“Oh? An apple huh? Well, It appears I currently don’t have any apples on me, but… how would a kiss do?” You smirk.  

At your remark, Venti shot straight up, his face reduced to a blushing mess. “I- Uh uhm ah” He sputtered out.

“I was teasing you of course~” You laugh, patting him on the head. “I was actually meaning to ask you something, would you be so interested in indulging me with your bard’s knowledge?” You grinned, joyfully relishing in his company, the company which you were so fond of.

“Ask away ehe~” Venti smiles.

“I was actually curious about the Archons, after being alive for millennia… one would think that an Archon might’ve had fallen in love at some point, right?” You begin. “Did you think the Archons might've had a lover? I wonder if Lord  Barbatos had ever fallen in love before Rex Lapis too...after all it would be lonely being an Archon, , what do you think?”

Upon seeing you so passionate about your interests in the more intimate affairs of the Archons, Venti looked at you with adoration. You really were adorable to him, ever so curious about the lives of others. Often he had thoughts about coming undone in front of you, letting you know who he really was. Letting you in, and promising to never let you go. Such thoughts often swarmed his head whenever he was with you. You really did remind him of that young bard so lost in his past, it was remarkable just how alike you two were. 

“Venti? Are you ok? You looked as though as if you were spacing out. I apologize in advance if I’m just rambling now” You blurt out, slightly disappointed that you might've bored the bard.

“Hmm? Nothing, I just thought you reminded me of someone, that's all ehe~” He grins, a sparkle in his eye. “Now, as for what I think hm? I wouldn’t care for Rex Lapis, however Barbatos on the other hand? I know for a certain he would definitely have fallen for a mortal~” 

“Oh! Tell me more, more please!” You exclaim, excited to discover more about the lives of the Archons. 

“The Archon Barbatos was once but a tiny elemental spirit, it wasn’t till he had found himself intertwined with a certain young boy… that he had found his greatest desire for Mondstadt'' Venti started off with. “ Later on after becoming the Archon Barbatos he soon met Vennessa before she had later ascended to Celestia, and had learnt a great deal about the city he held so dear. In that sense, I see Barbatos loving the entirety of Mondstadt. He loves the citizens that reside in Mondstadt to the visitors of Mondstadt, all simply because they intrigue him. However, in more recent years, he unexpectedly found himself intertwined with a mortal…”

Venti’s glance slowly falls over onto yours, his eyes had a quiet but loving feel to them.

“Venti..?” 

“Ehe~ as to who that mortal is… I wouldn’t know” He grins.

You pout disappointedly, you figured well enough that this was bound to happen, but you couldn’t help yourself feeling down.  Little did you know

“Awe~ don’t go pouting around now, I’m sure you’ll find out someday~” He giggled.

He’ll tell you someday, just not today. After all, it certainly wasn't chance that led to your meeting. After wandering Teyvat alone for so long… there's no way he’s going back to that loneliness, not with you here by his side now.
