You don't need to stand in the village square loudly declaiming your sins for all to hear. You don't need to be in public on camera all of the time. There must be an ex-Trumper reddit or something if you don't have a support group in real life, but This Is Not the Way.

Deconversion is a very personal process that you do need to go through alone, but you also very much do not need to go through it with a billion anonymous strangers on the Internet watching you and judging.
